DEVELOP YOUR PERSONAL CREDO

In this workshop, teens and a parent will work together to explore and understand different values that can help guide them through life’s challenges. Teens will explore their individual connection with 60 different values and reflect on obstacles or roadblocks that may get in the way of honoring them. Parents will learn about the ESSENCE of adolescence as explained by Dr. Dan Siegal and reflect on ways to best support their teen during these formative years. A portion of the workshop will be spent with parent and teen working conjointly to connect and understand one another better. This workshop takes a proactive approach to help teens develop the skills needed to manage the ups and downs of life and help parents know how to best support them
